Delete your account

You can delete your family's Fikrio account and everything in it, in a few taps or by email — whichever is easier for you.

Delete it in the app

Open Fikrio, go to the Parent Hub, and choose to delete your account. Confirming with your parent PIN deletes it immediately. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it once it's confirmed, so it's worth being sure before you tap through.

What deletion destroys

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your parent account and the email address on it
• Every child profile in your family
• All learning history and usage records
• Your consent records
• Any content reports your family has filed

Nothing is retained for later use. Once the account is gone, so is everything attached to it.

Can't use the app?

Email support@aldaim-digital.co.uk from the address on the account (or tell us which account you mean) and ask us to delete it. We will action your request within 30 days.
